Pests don't take the season off. Our quarterly plan treats the outside of your home or building four times a year, which keeps a protective barrier in place and stops most pests before they get in.
- Free estimate. Tell us what you're seeing. We'll recommend a plan and give you the pricing in writing.
- First service. We treat your property and give you any post-treatment instructions.
- Quarterly visits. We come back every quarter to keep your protection up through every season.
- Free re-service. If covered pests show up between visits, call us and we'll come back at no extra charge.
Plan Details
- Exterior quarterly protection around your home or building
- 12-month agreement unless your written agreement says otherwise
- Billed quarterly, with autopay for recurring service
- Renews automatically each year. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. (An early-termination fee may apply if a 12-month agreement is canceled early, as stated in your service agreement.)
- Free re-service between scheduled visits for covered pests, as long as your account is in good standing and you've followed the treatment instructions
- Add-ons like rodent and mosquito programs, priced in your signed estimate or agreement
Your covered pests, service frequency and price are set in your signed service agreement.

How much does a quarterly plan cost?
It depends on your property's size, type and the pests you're dealing with. We'll give you a written estimate before anything is scheduled.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Recurring plans run on a 12-month agreement unless we agree otherwise in writing. It renews automatically, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
What if pests come back between visits?
Call us. If they're covered by your plan, we'll re-service at no extra charge.
Do I need to be home?
We'll set up each visit with you. Whether or not you're home, we need safe access to the property, and pets need to be secured.
